We are excited to begin registration for the '25-26 academic year!  

 

You don't need to wait until Open Enrollment begins to start to the process. Click on the 'get started' button now to enroll in Blackbaud, our new online student management system. You will be able to begin your New Family Inquiry, and schedule a time for your family tour.

 

Please note: Registration will only be done ONLINE ONLY this year - NOT in person. There is no need to come on opening day. We hope this will streamline the process for everyone.

Enrollment Steps

 

Families will begin by filling out an application for each child. Once it is submitted, we can schedule a family interview with our Administrator, as well as intake testing from our Student Support staff. (Applies to K-8 students, approx. 15 minutes.)

Once the application, interview, and testing are complete, our admissions team will begin the review process. They will then issue a decision, which is based on many factors and is subject to grade availability. 

 

If the decision is made to extend enrollment, you will be issued a contract. This will establish your tuition payment method (paid in full or installments). The contract will include an enrollment fee of $500 per family (not per student.)

Important Dates

JANUARY 13-31

This is the Re-enrollment window for current families. This is when they declare their intent to return, which allows us to gauge how many spots will be available for the coming year.

FEBRUARY 1

This is the start of Open Enrollment. This is where any unfilled spots are released to the public for families who wish to attend MCS.

MARCH 5 

This is the first decision date for new candidates. This means that families who have completed all of the required steps​​ can expect to hear back on or before this date.

 

Decisions will be issued on the 5th of every month from March until August. If you have completed your application and family interview by the 1st, you will receive a decision by the 5th of that same month.
