Growth Plan
Monroe Christian School has nearly tripled its enrollment over the past ten years. Our future projections confirm this trend of continued growth
for what was once our 'little red school'.

This is our challenge - a calling to serve as many students as possible, but an urgent need for the
space required to serve them well.
​
After much prayer, we have decided to embark on
an exciting new Capital Building Campaign! We are planning for the construction of a new building with
six classrooms, a large commons, flex spaces, and
an enclosed gymnasium with stage and bleachers.
​
Currently we are in the Strategic Planning Phase
of a 10-year growth plan. We are working hard to determine milestones and outline carefully-planned steps that will take us through the next few years.
Together, with professional guides and prayerful hearts, we will listen earnestly to discern what God has planned for our future.

We will ensure our Preschool - 8th grade programs have the right spaces, resources, and team members needed to fulfill our mission
and serve our families well.

We will create clear processes, manage growth wisely, and follow a strong business model - including fundraising programs - to keep MCS financially secure for years to come.

We will research the needs, costs, and funding options for a high school.
Then, we'll decide on the best path forward for possibly opening one in the future.
